The real-time interface guides runners to a better running experience.
The pace (mn/km or km/h) is displayed every second. Each acceleration will then be displayed on the interface.
In addition to the classic data of a running application, this interface also displays the runner's score according to their individual physical abilities (see the iKinesis index section)

To optimize the running experience and to be sure to be at the right intensity, iKinesis has developed a percentage representing the effort according to the runner's abilities: VMA, VO2max, and soon the slope and the environment.
All data provided by the iKinesis application come from specific algorithms.
Thanks to the algorithms developed by the iKinesis scientific committee, the application interprets the analysis to determine the most stressed areas of the runner's body and therefore the most at risk of injury.
This running technique interpretation will allow to set up a prevention exercise routine.
